Life.
Wish I was at home with my family for thanksgiving… Its gonna be the 3rd year in a row I’m gonna miss thanksgiving and Christmas with my family.. I’m going to Afghanistan next year too.. Missing all holidays in 2011. It’s hard watching your family grow up without you. It sucks. But fighting for my country Is the biggest sacrifice I’ve ever had..

Yeah it’s day 7 living in the forest… It’s been pretty hectic doing missions 24/7… I had like 5 hours of sleep the past 2 days! Damn.. Can’t wait till i get to go home in february! I miss all my Hawaiians!!! A break from work Is what I need! It’s funny because everyone in my platoon had their family visit them for one hour today… And I was like the only one with no girlfriend or wife haha. Family in general keeps a soldier motivated. Just sittin and waiting till I find that someone!
